When we first met Boston Tea Party they operated on a regional basis, with a handful of sites scattered across the South West. It was clear that Boston Tea Party had built a sociable community with locals. With each café celebrating local produce and characterful buildings we knew Boston Tea Party would be happily welcomed in new locations.
The café have made industry leading progress when it comes to creating a sustainably driven business. Since 2017 Boston Tea Party have banned all plastic straws, plastic bottles and takeaway coffee cups. This bold move is what sets the company apart from competitors and highlights our personal alignment with them.
Building on the success of existing stores, Boston Tea Party required a careful strategy. Identifying suitable towns with strong communities was essential to their growth. We created a sustainable expansion strategy, compiled location reports and compared demographic data to ensure that Boston Tea Party were making informed decisions.
