Creating a sustainable expansion strategy.
In preparation of their listing on AIM stock market, we were asked to put together a development strategy to identify locations that would complement existing Coppa Club city style and clubhouse venues in Sonning-on-Thames, Streatley-on-Thames, London Bridge and Cobham.

Emerging from this role has been the development of the Townhouse concept, where we have been instrumental in securing suitable high street properties in locations such as Bath, Bristol, London and Guildford.
